The Stone and District u3a AGM will be held on Friday 4th September 2026, Refreshments and Enrolment from 1pm for a 2pm start at President’s Hall, Walton Community Centre.
Please remember that in agreement with our constitution we need 10% of members present to ensure the meeting is quorate, therefore we hope you will take the time to join us and support your u3a.
If you are happy to take a turn on the committee, please fill in a nomination form and return it to the Secretary by Friday 14th August 2026, we have had some interest but still need a Publicity Officer, a Facebook Organiser and a few general members ready to move into positions due to be vacated next year.
Any questions or proposals you would like discussed in any other business at the AGM must first be sent to the Secretary to be registered with the committee by Friday 14th August 2026.
