The Art Appreciation group meets on the fourth Tuesday afternoon each month at Oulton Village Hall.
Each month, members contribute suggestions of art works within a ‘theme’. The excellent facilities at Oulton Village Hall allow us to project large slides of the works to enjoy and discuss.
While frequently we look at paintings, we have also examined architecture, sculpture and photographs. We organise occasional visits to art galleries.
No specialist knowledge of art works is expected or required. Our focus is always on our personal reactions to the works

The group is popular so we are a little over-subscribed. However, we would always try to accommodate interested members as soon as possible.
